Garage Sale Deal for the Day
The girls were really interested in nativity sets last Christmas and we didn't have a nice one of our own, so when I saw this one this morning for $2 I just had to grab it. There is a light bulb at the top that can be turned on and off, picturing the star over the manger. I'm sure the girls will have lots of fun arranging and rearranging the figures this December.

More More Tree Cutting
The good firewood was saved and the rest was taken to the dump just outside of town. 
There were 15 men who showed up to help that day. Many hands made for light work!
Somebody had to supervise the project. To his credit, Dewey did pick up some sticks too but I thought he needed some coffee and a chair since so many other people were there to help out.
