Snow

I'd say the snow is pretty packed down if Audrey can stand on top of it like that! She had sooooo much fun playing out in the snow, but we didn't let her stay out too long because it was COLD.

Dinosaurs

Audrey is really into dinosaurs right now and has been playing with some figures in her bedroom. I ran across this scene the other day and asked Audrey if the T-rex was having lunch. She assured me that this was not the case. The blue dinosaur (she calls it the waterhorse) was being a dentist and was checking T-rex's teeth. Pretty sure she got this idea from watching Rudolph where the elf named Hermie wants to be a dentist and is always looking in people's mouths at their teeth.

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Chester

Our cat, Chester, just got back from the vet this afternoon. He was fixed and declawed all at the same time. Walking looks painful for him as he limps along and his paws are a little bloody from being declawed. We have told the girls to be very careful around him and not be too rough for a few days at least.

Audrey says a prayer before bed every night and tonight she included this:
"Thank you for Chester. Help him to be unpain."

Made us smile. I love the words that kids come up with. :)
