Hot June Day

Today was the perfect day for the girls to be outside getting wet.

First it was the sprinkler...










Then it was the pool...













Then Audrey asked "Mom, can we have refreshments now?"....


Good idea. So we had ice cream outside where they could drip and spill all they wanted!

Pool Fun

I must admit last year's pool was pretty dinky [see sat. may 30, 2009]. We tried it out once this season and it really wasn't big enough for the two of them to sit down in, much less play at all. So I splurged at Dollar General and bought them this new one, which is way bigger and has tons of room for them to get around and play. My children love the water and swam for about three hours today!

Springtime Fun

It was barely sprinkling when we went to church this past Sunday evening, so the girls had fun carrying their umbrellas with them. Yes, I am taking pictures of them from inside the house so as not to get wet! :)

Lunchables

Audrey patiently waited for us to get our food, sit down and pray before she started eating her lunch. In the meantime, she found something to do....

Family Fun Baseball Night

We had fun at the Omaha Royals game on Monday night. It was pastor appreciation night, so we scored free tickets! Can't beat that! Thanks to Joe & Amy Earle for the tip on that and for sitting by us. We had a great time.
