Colorado #1

Our first day was mostly travelling through the state of Nebraska and let me tell you, it's REALLY boring! There's not much to see and the earth gradually turns brown and dusty and is ever climbing in elevation. We spent most of the day in the van.

This is a gas station we stopped at in the middle of nowhere. Abby got whacked by the door in the bathroom and the lady that whacked her felt so bad that she arranged ice cream for us at the Baskin Robbins inside the station. So the girls ate their ice cream and then danced around like crazy children that had been stuck in the car all day and then given ice cream. The dinosaur was at a different station but was equally fun!
